Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Maxxsol website or engaging our services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Maxxsol provides product engineering, software development, and technical consulting services for startup founders and lean product teams. The scope and timeline of work are defined in individual project agreements between Maxxsol and the client.
2. Engagement & Payment
All project engagements begin after a signed agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. Payment schedules, including deposits and milestone payments, are specified in each project agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables and source code produced during the engagement are transferred to the client. Maxxsol retains the right to showcase non-confidential aspects of the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes technical specifications, business plans, user data, and any other sensitive materials.
5. Limitation of Liability
Maxxsol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant engagement.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
